3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment must be made as agreed before work begins.
  • No refunds will be issued once a project has been completed.
  • For ongoing services (e.g., maintenance plans), cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary information, including domain access, hosting credentials, and content materials.
  • Any delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
  • Clients are responsible for ongoing website content and updates unless a maintenance plan is purchased.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The client retains ownership of all content, images, and branding materials provided for the website.
  • Any custom work delivered remains the client’s property upon full payment.
  • The Website and its original content (excluding client materials) are owned by RITOCH.NET and may not be copied, sold, or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • I am not responsible for any security breaches, hacks, data loss, or downtime that may occur on a client’s website after project completion.
  • Clients must maintain their own backups and security measures unless a maintenance plan is in place.

7. Termination

  • I reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to make payments.

8. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms of Service at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
